Please check that you have read and understand each of the following:

Maximum time permitted for deputations is 15 minutes at Committee of the Whole or 5 minutes at Council.

All presentation documents will be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the meeting where possible, or following the presentation, and will be made available to the public.

Presentations that need to appear on screen must be submitted in advance.

Additional Notes

The City's Procedural By-law limits all deputations to a maximum of 5 minutes for Council meetings and 15 minutes for Committee of the Whole. Persons may appear as a Deputant before Council or Committee, but not both regarding the same matter.

Scheduling will be at the discretion of the Clerk, and will be confirmed no later than the last business day prior to the meeting.

There are no guarantees that by requesting a certain date(s) your deputation will be accepted, as prior commitments may make it necessary to schedule an alternate date suggested by the Clerk.

Please note that Deputants are only allowed in the Zoom online meeting to provide a deputation. Upon completion of your deputation, and if there are no questions from Committee or Council, deputants will be removed from the Zoom online meeting and are directed to continue to listen in to the meeting on the City's meeting website at https://kenora.civicweb.net/Portal/
