A Guide to Communicating with City Council or a Committee of Council.
Please note that Council meetings, inlcuding Committee of the Whole, and Planning Advisory Committee Meetings are televised and/or live streamed and information on this form may be made available to the public.
All presentations must be submitted by this form in advance of the meeting.
Note: The maximum file size is 10MB. If your attachment exceeds the allowable file size, please contact the City Clerk at 807-467-2295 to arrange for an alternate method of sending the large documents.

The City's Procedural By-law limits all deputations to a maximum of 5 minutes for Council meetings and 15 minutes for Committee of the Whole. Persons may appear as a Deputant before Council or Committee, but not both regarding the same matter.
Scheduling will be at the discretion of the Clerk, and will be confirmed no later than the last business day prior to the meeting.
There are no guarantees that by requesting a certain date(s) your deputation will be accepted, as prior commitments may make it necessary to schedule an alternate date suggested by the Clerk.
Please note that Deputants are only allowed in the Zoom online meeting to provide a deputation. Upon completion of your deputation, and if there are no questions from Committee or Council, deputants will be removed from the Zoom online meeting and are directed to continue to listen in to the meeting on the City's meeting website at https://kenora.civicweb.net/Portal/
