Complete this form to apply for an appointment to Municipal boards and committees. If you are applying for more than one appointment, you must complete one form for each. 

Please be aware that the application process is not complete until a resolution is passed at an official meeting of Council. After Council makes its decision you will be notified by letter about the outcome of your application. Council meeting dates and agendas are available on Kenora.ca.

NOTE: If you have trouble submitting this form, please send it without attachments. Then, email your documents separately to kgalbraith@kenora.ca.
